By accessing or using VowVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
VowVoice provides guided writing tools, speech coaching, and teleprompter features to help users create wedding vows, speeches, and related content. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our tools.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You acknowledge and agree that all project content and activity on the platform, including the vows, speeches, and other content you create, project selections, edits, practice sessions, and any export or sharing actions, is logged and stored in our database. This content and activity information is accessible to our system administrators for quality control, troubleshooting, feature development, and system improvement. We do not use your project content or activity information for marketing purposes, nor do we sell it to third parties.
Feedback you voluntarily submit through our feedback form, in-app prompt, or a reply to a feedback request is different. You give us permission to use that feedback publicly, attributed only as your first name and last initial (for example, "Bruce S.") or anonymously if you prefer. This permission does not apply to your vows, speeches, officiant scripts, stationery text, project drafts, intake answers, chatbot conversations, your partner's name, or your wedding date. Those stay private, are never used for marketing, and are never sold.
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VowVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
